Creative Integrator

I am not great at anything.

It’s true. I am, however, pretty good at finding out what is great about the people that I am blessed to work with every day. I try to figure out how we can work together to make something better than what we could have made on our own. Rather than having a defined role, I try to play the role that the project needs. This means that I am sometimes a creative director, designer, writer and/or photographer. Regardless of the role, the job is always the same, find the idea and then get out of the way and see where it takes us.
